We now know the name of the victim of a shooting in Eau Claire.
38 year old Freddie Flowers was killed by a single gunshot wound to the head. The suspect in the case, Selwyn Smith appeared virtually today for a bond hearing and his initial court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, February 16th. Click below for details directly from the ECPD.
