Two new development projects in Eau Claire are moving forward.
Last night, the Eau Claire City Council unanimously approved the rezoning and site plan for new apartments along the 700-block of Water Street, known as the Water Street Flats project. The council also approved the rezoning and site plan for a new Kwik Trip at the intersection of Melby Street and Business Highway 53.
