The defense attorneys for two men accused in an Eau Claire homicide are seeking a motion for each man to be tried separately.
Juan Olivarez and Joe Moya are facing charges of first-degree intentional homicide for the death of Edwin Garcia-Smith on Kappus Drive in March of last year. Both men appeared before a judge yesterday. Pending the motion, both men are due back in court February 9th.
