Free COVID-19 at-home saliva test kits are now available to all Wisconsin residents.
The Eau Claire City-County Health Department says the kits can be accessed through healthcare providers across the state. They say community testing sites are still an option for more immediate testing. Once complete, tests can be dropped off at UPS. The department says results will be returned within 72 hours.
There are several free COVID testing sites open this week in Chippewa County. The Chippewa County Health Department says they’ll test symptomatic people and close contacts five years and older. People who need a test will be given a nasal swab at one of eleven locations. The department says registration is necessary before testing.
