A man faces his tenth OWI charge.
The 77-year old was stopped late Thursday when he was found driving the wrong way on a interstate ramp in Madison. State Troopers say Clarence Gage didn’t pass the field sobriety test. He was arrested on what troopers discovered after a background check is his tenth operating a vehicle while under the influence charge.
