The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is launching a new COVID exposure notification app today.
The app will alert people if they have been in contact with someone or are near someone who recently tested positive for COVID-19. The app will also send notifications to others if you test positive for COVID-19. The department says the app does not store or collect physical locations or personal information.
