Once again, Hope Gospel Mission is hosting the Annual Christmas Community Dinner on Saturday, December 19th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This is the 14th year for the dinner and the hope to serve up to 500 guests.
Because of the coronavirus and social distancing constraints, the meal will be offered as a curb side pick-up/ drive- through.
This Christmas dinner is free to everyone and will feature ham, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, cranberry fluff, dinner rolls, and dessert. The special community event will be held at Hope Gospel Mission’s Hope Renewal Center for Men at 2650 Mercantile Dr in Eau Claire (across from Festival Foods on Eau Claire’s west side).
Hope Gospel Mission has been serving the needs of the hungry and homeless in the Chippewa Valley since 1998. In 2019, over 34,600 meals were served and over 10,850 nights of shelter an help were provided to men and women in need.
