Cheesemakers High and Dry?

It is a new, unique problem in Wisconsin.

Cheesemakers in the state say the coronavirus vaccine may limit the supply of dry ice. The vaccine must be shipped in dry ice to keep it viable, but so do the dairy cultures needed to make cheese. The fear is that the massive distribution effort to get the vaccine out will severely limit the supply of dry ice for others, or at the very least drive the price of dry ice up.
