The Wisconsin Supreme Court is ruling against President Trump in his effort to overturn the state’s results. The state’s highest court affirmed President-elect Joe Biden’s win today by a four-to-three margin. The ruling comes as the Electoral College is meeting around the country today.

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul is hailing the State Supreme Court’s four-to-three decision to toss President Trump’s lawsuit aimed at overturning the election results in the Badger State. Kaul tweeted that today’s decision is a repudiation of a sordid attempt to steal the authority away from the people of Wisconsin to award their electoral votes. He said the high court ruling put an end to this “affront to democracy.”
