A federal judge dismisses a lawsuit filed by President Trump’s legal team.
The suit contested the handling of the November 3rd election process in Wisconsin. Yesterday, U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig found that “the Rule of Law” has been followed in Wisconsin’s handling of the popular vote. In his decision to dismiss, Judge Ludwig said Trump’s challenge of Wisconsin’s election administration “could have been raised before the vote occurred.”
On Monday morning Wisconsin’s Supreme Court is expected to rule on a similar Trump election dispute lawsuit.
