Lawyers Ask for More Time

Lawyers for Altoona’s former superintendent want more time before they head to trial on child pornography charges.

Dan Peggs’ lawyer last week wrote a letter to the judge saying he’s discovered another 120-thousand pages of evidence in the case. Peggs is accused of trafficking a girl to make child pornography, and of possessing child porn. Pegg’s lawyers want another 90 days to review the new evidence.
