A dairy company is donating thousands of milk servings to a Wisconsin food bank.
Kemps dairy products is donating 175-thousand single serve packs of milk. WMTV reported yesterday that Kemps spokesperson Rachel Kyllo says the specialized packaging gives the Giving Cow milk servings a shelf life of up to a year with no refrigeration required. Roundy’s Supermarkets joins with Kemps and the Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin for the distribution of the milk in southwestern Wisconsin communities.
