Trips away from campus are the latest coronavirus casualty at UW-Eau Claire.
The school announced yesterday that it is canceling spring break and the university’s study abroad programs for next year. Provost Patricia Kleine says it’s not wise to send thousands of students off campus this spring, then bring them back together. The spring semester at UW Eau Claire will start on-time on February 1st, but will end a week early in May.
