The rapid increase in the number of positive tests for the coronavirus is prompting Rock County to return to Phase One of its reopening plan.
The health department reported nearly 24-hundred people tested positive for the virus since November 1st with 14 deaths in the county in that time. The Phase One restrictions include avoiding any gathering with people who are not in your household while festivals, carnivals, concerts and parades are all banned as are contact sports. Outdoor playgrounds should be limited to ten people or fewer.
