It’s not every day that an OWI arrest makes statewide news, but it’s also not every day that someone is arrested for their 12th OWI.
Prosecutors in Sauk County this week charged 51-year-old Walter Decorah with his 12th drunk driving charge. Authorities say they found him slumped behind the wheel of his car while stopped at a stop sign. He’s being held on 15-thousand-dollars bond.
