Gummy Bears are coming to Madison.
Governor Tony Evers announced today that the Haribo candy company is building its first U.S. production plant in Pleasant Prairie. The 300-million-dollar production campus is being built along I-94 in Kenosha County and is the largest project in the company’s 100-year history.
Nearly 400 jobs are expected to be created.
