Vice President Joe Biden is widening his lead over President Trump in Wisconsin.

A new University of Wisconsin poll of likely voters today shows Biden ahead in the Badger State, Michigan and Pennsylvania.  The Democratic challenger has doubled his lead in Wisconsin from four points to nine points since September.  The poll indicates Biden’s additional edge is coming from undecided voters and those considering a third-party candidate.

When it comes to voting in our state, Attorney General Josh Kaul says he joins all of America’s Attorneys General in working to ensure a free, fair and secure elections.

Kaul says it is part of his duty to take seriously any allegation of election interference including voter fraud, voter intimidation and suppression.  The Department of Justice reminds Wisconsinites that violence against persons or property is never an acceptable response to any election outcome and the DOJ condemns political violence of any kind.
