CVTC Graduates Expansion Plans

We could see ground breaking soon and hear the sounds of construction for additions and upgrades on local CVTC Campuses.

The price tag will be slightly lower than some tax payers were expecting. Property taxes are still going-up to pay for improvements at the Chippewa Valley Technical College, just not as much as first thought.

CVTC leaders yesterday said the average increase in property taxes will be about five bucks less than predicted back in April. Voters approved a 48 million-dollar referendum in the spring to add-on and renovate buildings in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, River Falls, and Menomonie.
