In a week, Chippewa County is reporting five deaths from COVID-19.
Friday, the Chippewa County Health Department reported a second death and over the weekend three more people died. There have been just over eleven-hundred total coronavirus cases reported in the county since the beginning of the pandemic.
Over 100 new cases were reported in Chippewa County yesterday.
