Police and the National Guard will likely be in the streets of Wauwatosa all weekend.
The city is under a curfew, from 7 p.m. til 6 a.m, everyday until Monday. The order came just hours after prosecutors yesterday decided not to charge Officer Joseph Mensah in the shooting death of Alvin Cole.
Prosecutors say Cole had a gun and fired it, and Mensah had a reasonable fear for his own life. Angry groups of people broke windows and terrorized neighbors in Tosa last night after getting news of the decision.
