There’s a warning about a to-be released sex offender in Menomonie next week. The state’s Department of Corrections says Joseph Johnson will be released and is at risk to offend again.
He is being placed at Parkside Motel in Menomonie (Formally Skoogs). DOC says Johnson served person time for the sexual assault of a child under 15.
