A Milwaukee liberal arts college is dropping Vice President Mike Pence as a speaker for an upcoming commencement.
Wisconsin Lutheran College released a statement today saying the escalating events in Kenosha led them to choose a different speaker. Reverend Mark Jeske of St. Marcus Lutheran Church will serve as the speaker for Saturday’s ceremony. The decision to invite Pence to speak was opposed by many students.
