A northern Wisconsin man who fell in his own septic tank loses a lawsuit against the company that recently worked on it.
The man claimed he stepped on the lid of the tank and fell in, and couldn’t get out for hours. He says he suffered nightmares from the events, and sued the company for failing to tell him about the rusted lid. The company says they did tell him about it three years earlier. The company also claimed they were there to pump the tank, not inspect or repair it.
