Wisconsin’s coronavirus outbreak is largely in the same place it was a week ago.
More people are testing positive for the virus, but the number of people in the hospital continues to fall. The state’s Department of Health Services yesterday reported 539 positive tests and over 12 thousand negative tests. That’s largely where the state was on Wednesday.
DHS says 236 people are in the hospital, and 74 are in the ICU. Those numbers are down from Wednesday. Wisconsin’s daily positive-test-rate is just above four percent, that too is down from Wednesday as well.
