Questions about who is in Wisconsin’s voter system likely won’t be answered until after the November Election.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court yesterday said it will not hear arguments in the case being brought by the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty until September. WILL is suing to force the Wisconsin Election Commission to remove about 130 thousand people from the state’s voter list because they have moved or haven’t answered questions about their addresses. The court made the announcement late yesterday.
Two conservative justices say the decision means a ruling in the case likely won’t come til next year.
