There’s been more interest in pursuing a virtual learning model for next school year.
Eau Claire Area School District Superintendent Mary Ann Hardebeck said it’s not a guarantee school will be in-person right away and the school is considering plans to make students’ return as safe as possible.
Hardebeck said Summer School programs are 100-percent virtual and the school’s internet technology team is setting up devices and online access to support students over the summer and into next year. Surveys are available on the school’s website for parents to plan for the start of school.
