Local businesses are starting to benefit from thousands of dollars in COVID-19 relief grants.
Yesterday, Downtown Eau Claire Inc., gave 31 applicants 15-hundred dollars to help their businesses stay afloat during the pandemic. Vice President Disa Wahlstrand said the board is considering giving another round of grants including those that help nonprofits like churches and theaters.
