A Manitowoc father is in custody facing charges of killing his two children.
Matthew Beyer was booked into the Outagamie County Jail this morning with police recommending two counts of first-degree intentional homicide. Beyer is accused killing his five-year-old son William and his three-year-old daughter Danielle in February.
Their bodies were found inside a duplex on Crooks Avenue but their manner of death has not been released.
