FORMER VICE CHANCELLOR CLEARED

Former University of Wisconsin Eau Claire Vice Chancellor Albert Colom is being cleared of accusations that he discriminated against a former co-worker or was hostile at the school.

The university yesterday announced that it has dismissed the case involving Colom for a lack of evidence. The school said it did not find enough proof that Colom violated any school policy. Colom resigned from his post as Vice Chancellor, though that resignation does not take effect until September.
