Hunters are voting no on a proposal to lengthen the state’s gun deer season.
Hunter’s weighed-in online this year for the Wisconsin Conservation Congress. Nearly 65-thousand people completed the questionnaire asking about extending the nine-day gun deer hunt to 19 days.
The vote was three-to-one against the recommendation posed by the Natural Resources Board.
