Governor Evers Safer at Home order started this morning.
Effective at 8 a.m., some non-essential businesses are allowed to reopen.
The order says golf courses can re-open with some restrictions and public libraries can begin curbside service.
State republicans filed a lawsuit with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court to block the order, and officials say the court started reviewing the case last night.
