GOV. EVERS CALLS FOR HEALTHCARE SUPPORT STAFF

Governor Tony Evers wants a support staff of volunteers to assist the healthcare system during the coronavirus crisis. 

The governor today said the state is looking for active and retired healthcare professionals.  The governor says the top priority is to make sure there are enough resources to care for the growing number of people requiring hospitalization.  Evers says the state needs to create a wide network of volunteers to increase the capacity of hospitals and clinics.
