Country music icon Kenny Rogers has died at the age of 81. Rogers’ music career spanned six decades, and included a string of hits on both the pop and country charts from the late 60s to the mid 80s. His best known song is probably “The Gambler,” which spawned a series of TV movies starring Rogers.
Friday night, Rogers passed away peacefully at his home in Georgia from natural causes and surrounded by family.
