A western Wisconsin man is once again looking at prison time after being convicted of killing his son.
A jury yesterday convicted Kayle Fleischauer of killing his 18-year-old son. Police say Fleischauer was drunk back in April of 2018 when he shot his son in the head. A jury convicted Fleischauer of the same crime last June, but a judge ordered a new trial because of juror misconduct.
