The suspect accused of killing two Janesville women is set to appear in an Illinois courtroom.
Marcus Randle-El turned himself in to police Chicago on Saturday with members of the Janesville Police Department also on hand. Randle-El is expected to be charged with two counts of first-degree murder after he is returned to Wisconsin.
Randle-El is a former Badger football player.
