It’s not only Valentine’s Day, it’s National Organ Donor Day.
Over 120-thousand people await an organ in the United States. Every ten minutes someone is added to the national organ transplant list and every day 22 people die waiting.
According to the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network there are 18-hundred-and-30 people waiting for organs including over 14-hundred kidney, 285 liver and 85 heart patients.
