A Colfax man will be tried on first-degree murder charges.
Gary Styer appeared in Dunn County Court Thursday where a judge ruled there’s enough evidence in the case to send him to trial. Styer’s accused of beating his father to death with a two-by-four at their home last month. Police say Styer admitted to killing his father because he abused him as a child.
