A man is dead after a two-car crash on Highway 16 in Monroe County.
The county sheriff’s office says the cars hit nearly head-on near Hazel Avenue in Adrian Saturday night. The driver of one of the cars was pronounced dead at the scene and five people in the other car were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
