A 22 year old Minnesota man was arrested in Eau Claire after a traffic stop.
It was just before 10:30 on Sunday night when Javon’ta Jordan Williams was stopped by a Trooper for lane deviation on I-94 near milepost 56. Upon approach the Trooper detected the odor of marijuana.
Williams was tested and subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. He was also arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Passengers in the vehicle included 3 adults and 1 child. The child in the vehicle was 3 years old
