We now know the place of residence for a Level III sex offender.
Steven P Harrison was released from Racine Correctional Institution on January 21st and was considered homeless at that time. As an update, we have information that Harrison will be residing at 23474 67th Ave Cadott, Wisconsin. The residence is located in the Township of Sigel, west of the Village of Cadott.
Harrison has been convicted of sex offenses involving an adolescent female. Conditions of supervision will be prohibit him from any unsupervised contact with minors; no contact with his victims.
Harrison is restricted from being on the property of any schools, parks or day care centers. Comply with standard sex offender rules/requirements; GPS monitoring; face-to-face contact with Law Enforcement requirement; and a lifetime registrant of WI Sex Offender Registration Program.
