A man convicted of sexual assault of a child back in 2011 is looking at new sex crime charges.
Prosecutors in Polk County yesterday charged David Granger Jr. with rape. A woman says she woke-up on Saturday with Granger on top of her, and he refused to stop. Granger is being held on sexual assault and bail jumping charges in the Polk County Jail.
