A central Wisconsin man is accused of killing a disabled woman.
Police say they found 20-year-old Samantha Roberts dead of head trauma at a home in Nekoosa in Wood County on January 17th. Police say Paul Carter had been living with the victim and is now charged with her death. He’s being held on one-million dollars bond.
