A 29-year-old Menomonie man says he fooled around with a 15-year-old, but insists they never went all the way.
Prosecutors in Dunn County yesterday charged Dustin Tibbetts with sexual assault and child enticement. Investigators say Tibbetts was teaching the young woman self defense last year when he pushed her up against the wall and kissed her.
The teen says they had sex at least once. The D.A. says Tibbetts admitted to having a sexual relationship with the teen, but said they never had sex.
