There is a manhunt for whoever shot two kids over the weekend for throwing snowballs.
Milwaukee Police say a 12-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy were wounded near 62nd and West Birch Saturday night. Officers say the two were throwing snowballs at cars, when one driver stopped and shot them. Neighbors say the kids shouldn’t have been throwing snowballs, but the driver didn’t have to resort to violence.
