The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is reminding people that the holidays are a great time to spread the flu.
Officials are urging all Wisconsinites to get a flu shot and be protected before their holiday gatherings. Last year there were over 17-thousand cases of the flu in Wisconsin. So far this season moderate levels are being seen in the southern and southwestern areas of the state, while the rest of the state has levels below the baseline.
