An Eau Claire man is accused of raping a woman on their first date.
Reports say Scott Edgar admitted to police he has high-functioning autism and went too far with the victim even though she told him no during the attack on Sunday. Edgar is also accused of biting the victim multiple times. He’s charged with sexual assault.
