There is no word how Richard Gray ended-up in Duncan Creek near Chippewa Falls’ downtown riverfront.
Police yesterday identified Gray as the man who they fished-out of the water on Friday. Chippewa Falls police say they do not suspect foul play, but don’t have any other answers in the case.
