Eau Claire police are looking for whoever tore a sculpture off its base downtown.
Police found the sculpture, Seahorse, not far from where it was taken on Water Street. They are now looking for the person who stole it. Police hope businesses on Water Street have security cameras that they can watch, to try and find their suspect.
