JUDGE ROLLS BACK JAIL SENTENCE FOR WAL-MART THEIF

A woman wanted for a string of thefts from western Wisconsin Walmarts will not be going to prison.

A St. Croix County judge yesterday sentenced Tempestt Robinson to three years of probation. Authorities say Robinson stole thousands of dollars from Walmart stores in St. Croix County, and she even went as far as Eau Claire during her crime spree. In addition to the probation, Robinson will have to complete 100 hours of community service.
