A preliminary hearing for a Missouri man suspected in the disappearance of two Wisconsin brothers is set for next month.
The court set the hearing today to determine whether there is enough evidence to try Garland Nelson on tampering charges. He allegedly drove a truck rented by Nick and Justin Diemel from his Missouri farm to a parking lot where he left it. The brothers have not been heard from since visiting Nelson on a cattle business trip last month.
